woooooo three fandoms nailed in one pic! yuuus! I've been needing to draw Host Club, Death Note, and my new love Vampire Knight... and then I noticed something that connected them.

Well as soon as I hear Zero talking (guy on the right with silver hair) I thought... that's Light... which then made me think of Tamaki. And I couldn't help it, this image just popped into my head.

and now some extra notes about the drawing...

OOOooo TAMAKI looks so goooood! Could it be my Host Club curse has lifted!? Normally I can't draw the Host Club characters but I adore the way Tamaki turned out here. Finally! now I can tackle that image in my head of Tamaki and Haruhi!! Squee!!! (they're so perfect for each other)
As for Light, he looks evil... like always.. but I had to soften his eyes a little... he was seriously scaring me while I was drawing out the line art T.T I had the feeling he was wishing to kill Zero and Tama-kun... and I chose his tan colored uniform because I thought the dark one he wore to college would make the whole image too dark.
And Zero... this is my first time drawing Zero or any of the VK characters. I wish I had done a better job on his hair T.T and I'm afraid he too looks a wee bit evil, but that's the fangs. They make ya look evil unless you have a stupid look on your face >.< I think I'll keep working on him though, he's a wonderful character. (and I hope he gets Yuuki!!!)

The only other note I have to say about this is... well... I wanted to play with poses. Characters in close proximity to each other. It's been a long time since I've worked with more than one character and actually had them touching. So I hope it looks convincing. heh heh and I just noticed I did my rabid pairing fandom squeals for TamakixHaruhi and ZeroxYuuki.. but not one for Light... poor Light... I guess I feel he's too in love with himself... *sigh*
