... I lack the heart...
~ Zexion from Kingdom Hearts - Square Enix Pencil on Bristol board Pose slightly based on images of Chris Corner of IAMX ( needed help with the jaw line because of that tilt of his head.) planned touch-ups: I might color the drippy heart red and leave the rest. *Edit* I was trying to stay away from saying a lot about this but there's some things I need to talk about... [link] This is the image of Chris Corner that I used as reference for Zexion's jawline. I also somewhat attempted to make Zexy have a bit of the same facial features as Corner but I didn't want this turning into a portrait of him (I plan to do one of Corner later.) It's not even the same image compositionally speaking. My only complaint with my work here is that the heart doesn't fall upon the Golden Mean. I intentionally made this sketchy looking, the lines are not even or as crisp as my other work because I wanted this to have a jagged feel to it. There's other things I should say about this, but I'll leave it at that. There's too many reasons, too many explainations, and too many well... random factors... about my art to go into, So I won't. ^_^ Thanks everyone! |

The lines are a little messy, but it's still a nice drawing.
