My word I've seen my fill of snakes the last few days...

The orange stray cat that has 'claimed' us as 'his people' decided to bring presents to us the last few days. Two Sharp-tailed snakes, one was about a foot long (which is as big as that species gets) and the other was just a little shy of a foot (maybe 8 or 9 inches).. Have you ever watched a little kid slurping up noodles.. that's what this cat looked like when he brought me the second snake T.T I was like "SPIT THAT OUT!!!" and he did... poor snake looked so confused. Talk about looking into the jaws of death... I think that poor thing got a good look at the esophagus of death. Then I shooed it off into the grass of our backyard... <,< I still don't know if the first one lived, I hope it did... But that wasn't the worst... oh no... no no.. The worst was the Gopher Snake that tried to slither into my lap while I was sitting under a tree reading my book. T.T I guess I must put off the 'I am at one with nature' vibes. Like Aurora or Snow White... except I don't get deer, rabbits, and little birds... no I get snakes, lizards, toads, and bats...

Well in other news, I think the move is off... not sure really... I might move still I might not... but I still want to sell off some of my art stuffs if people are still interested. I've been thinking about opening my Tote commissions... I do it locally... but I've never advertised them on-line. But I've got some I've done already that I'll be posting soon as a deviation and then I might sell those off. The only problem with selling my art is this... I don't think I can sell fan art due to US copyright laws... I mean I've heard conflicting things. I've heard you're allowed to as long as it's the hard copy of the work and not mass produced prints... and then I've heard the absolutely violent NO YOU CAN'T >.O I know someone who worksn the legal field and knows all things so I think I might talk to him... try to see for sure. Plus it just kinda feels wrong to me... because I feel like I'd be stepping on the toes of the creators I adore. >.< But anyway I got to thinking about it for the last few weeks... I think... what I'll do is put up some of my originals for sale and the totes... and as a thank you to anyone who buys something I'll let them pick out a print of one of my digital fanarts or originals. Not selling... just a thank you gift to go with the item... I don't think that's wrong because I'm not making anything off it. I was also thinking about perhaps thinking up a contest of some sort and giving one of my hard copy works (fan art or original) as a prize... not sure what I'd do yet >.O but I think it sounds fun XD What do you all think?

Well I'm going to get back to trying to take photos of those totes >.O curse my unsteady hands... everything keeps blurring... and I think I'm going to try and finish the next part of the Milk comics... T.T I need a new mouse... this little one hurts! *whines*
